Who comes in, and who goes out
The two things parents ask about first — how we know who is collecting their child, and who can get through the door.
Secure sign-in and sign-out
Many childcare centers still track check-in and check-out on paper. We use an electronic system built around a QR code that parents scan on their own phone. Each family has its own code identifying the family and the children, so no one else can sign your child in or out.
Anyone collecting a child is ID'd before that child is released — including approved adults on the safety information card

A secure building, all day
School doors stay locked throughout the day. Every guest is admitted by a staff member, signs in at the front desk, and is escorted to the part of the school they need to reach.
All gates onto the playgrounds are locked at all times
Every classroom has its own exit to the outside, for a swift and safe evacuation if it were ever needed

Screening, training, and monitoring that run quietly in the background of every school day.
Staffing safeguards
Everyone employed by or contracted with Inspire Kids Montessori holds a valid Arizona fingerprint card, and background checks are run annually. On top of what the state requires, we run three additional background searches on every employee and contractor. Staff also hold a food handler's certification and a current TB test.
CPR and First Aid training
Every teacher is trained and certified in CPR and First Aid, with ongoing training and recertification every two years — so that common childhood illness and injury are met calmly and efficiently. Any incident or injury is written up, filed at the school, and a copy goes home with you the same day.
Round-the-clock monitoring
Both campuses are monitored 24 hours a day by JK Fire Alarm and Cox Security — two names families in this community already know and trust.
